Except as noted below, The Lodge charges a $100 per cabin nonrefundable deposit in order to confirm a reservation.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy for Holiday Season
For reservations during the Holiday Season, The Lodge charges a $100 per cabin nonrefundable deposit in order to confirm a reservation and requires full payment 45 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy for Ruins to Rainforest to Reef Package
The Lodge charges a $200 per person nonrefundable deposit in order to confirm the reservation. For the Holiday Season, The Lodge charges a $500 per person nonrefundable deposit in order to confirm the reservation.

If due to unforeseen events guests are forced to postpone their trip, upon satisfactory notification to The Lodge and subject to certain terms and conditions the nonrefundable deposit may be applied to a rescheduled visit within one year. Please inquire for specific details.
