Low Season May 1 - Dec. 20 / Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Every booking requires a deposit equal to one night’s lodging per room reserved. Deposits are refundable minus a $50 administration fee per reserved cabin for cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival date.
If reservation is canceled within 7 days to the date of arrival, one night deposit will be non refundable.

High Season Jan 5 - Apr. 30 / Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Every booking requires a deposit equal to one night’s lodging per room reserved. Deposits are refundable minus a $50 administration fee per reserved cabin for cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival date.
If reservation is canceled within 14 days to the date of arrival, one night deposit will be non refundable.

Holiday Season Dec 21 - Jan 4 / Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Every booking requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay; the outstanding balance is due 45 days prior arrival date. If reservation is canceled within 45 days to the date of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be non refundable.
There is a minimum of 5-night requirement for bookings made between December 21, 2011 – January 04, 2012

PACKAGES: 50% Deposit instead of one night of accommodation.
NO SHOWS: Non refundable. Full stay will be charged.
