		Honduras has non-stop air service from Atlanta, Houston, Miami, New Orleans New York City/Newark and Dallas. Convenient connections are available from most major U.S. and European international airports.
		La Ceiba is less than 30 minutes by plane from the Honduran cities of Roatan on the Bay Islands, San Pedro Sula, and Tegucigalpa. As a service for its guests The Lodge has arranged special airfares between La Ceiba and these other cities. Also comfortable ground transportation can be arranged from San Pedro Sula (2 hours) and ferry passage can be arranged from Roatan (1 hour). Click here for special rates.
		The Lodge at Pico Bonito will pick up guests free of charge at the La Ceiba International Airport and have them at the property in 30 minutes. For those guests wishing to rent a car, simple directions from the La Ceiba International Airport are provided below.

Driving Directions
	From La Ceiba International Airport: Exit left from airport and drive west approximately ten kilometers to the town of El Pino. A foot sign for the Lodge is on the left at a small gravel road. Make a left on the gravel road (heading south) and go two kilometers to the guardhouse and the entrance to the Lodge. Approximate driving time: 20 minutes. From the Town of La Ceiba: Take the main coastal highway toward the La Ceiba International Airport. Drive past the airport and then follow directions "From the La Ceiba International Airport." From Tela or San Pedro Sula: Take the main coastal highway southwest toward La Ceiba. Approximately five kilometers after crossing the Rio Perla you will some to the village of El Pino, which is surrounded by pineapple plantations. In El Pino, you will cross over the Rio Coloradito. Immediately after crossing the Rio Coloradito, look for a 3 foot by 2 foot sign for the Lodge at Pico Bonito. In front of the sign you will turn right (south) up a dirt road. Follow the road two kilometers until you reach the guardhouse and the entrance to the Lodge. Approximate driving time is 75 minutes from Tela and 2 hours from San Pedro Sula. From Tegucigalpa: Drive to Tela and follow directions "From Tela or San Pedro Sula." Approximate driving time is 5 hours.
