The Lodge is located on 200 acres of pristine rainforest with trails and a working butterfly farm that are open to its guests. The Lodge is 15 minutes from La Ceiba airport and transfers can be easily arranged.
Meal prices:
Breakfast $10.00 per person and $7 per child for children under 12
Lunch $12.00 per person and $9 per child for children under 12
Dinner $25.00 per person and $15 per child for children under 12
(Meal plan prices do not include 16% country tax and 10% service charge)
DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY FOR PEAK AND SUMMER SEASON RESERVATIONS:
A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO HOLD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION. UPON BOOKING, THE LODGE AT PICO BONITO WILL CHARGE A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO ONE (1) NIGHT’S LODGING AND ISSUE YOU A CONFIRMATION NUMBER WITH THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE. A REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE GIVEN BY THE LODGE AT PICO BONICO FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL, LESS A $50 PROCESSING FEE. THE LODGE AT PICO BONITO REGRETS THAT NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED WITHIN TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL. PLEASE INQUIRE AT TIME OF BOOKING ABOUT DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY FOR HOLIDAY SEASON RESERVATIONS.

The Lodge is located 15 minutes from the La Ceiba airport. It is happy to help its guests arrange their air transportation between La Ceiba and the other Honduran airports. The approximate airfares available to The Lodge are (US$ with all taxes included*):
San Pedro Sula La Ceiba: $76 each way**
Tegucigulpa La Ceiba: $93 each way**
Roatan La Ceiba: $56 each way**
The Lodge will also transport its guests by air-conditioned van to/from The Lodge and the San Pedro Sula airport for a van cost of $200 - $300 (depending on the season) per party per trip. The van can hold up to 6+ people with their luggage. The van ride takes about 2.5 hours.

Full day guided Birding trip to the Rio Aguan Valley in search of Honduras' endemic and endangered Honduran Emerald Hummingbird. Our guide here will lead us through this area's unique tropical dry forest habitat where this bird makes its home, and where sightings can be common.
