Cabin rates are based on single and double occupancy and include breakfast for two, tour of The Lodge’s Butterfly Farm and serpentarium, and access to the loop trail.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Low Season: May 1 - December 20
Every booking requires a deposit equal to one night’s lodging per room reserved. Deposits are refundable minus a $50 administration fee per reserved cabin for cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival date.
If reservation is canceled within 7 days to the date of arrival, one night deposit will be non refundable.
High Season: January 5 - April 30
Every booking requires a deposit equal to one night’s lodging per room reserved. Deposits are refundable minus a $50 administration fee per reserved cabin for cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival date.
If reservation is canceled within 14 days of the date of arrival, one night deposit will be non refundable.
Holiday Season: December 21 - January 4
Every booking requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay; the outstanding balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is canceled within 45 days to the date of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be non refundable.
There is a 5-night minimum requirement for bookings made between December 21– January 04.
PACKAGES: 50% Deposit instead of one night of accommodation.
NO SHOWS: Non refundable. Full stay will be charged.
