Cancellation Policy for The Lodge at Pico Bonito, we strive to provide the highest level of service and flexibility while maintaining a fair cancellation policy. Please review our standard terms below:

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Individual Reservations:
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date: Full refund, minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
• Group & Event Bookings:
• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date: Full refund, minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

No-Show & Early Departure:

• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Modifications & Rescheduling:

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the original arrival date.

Force Majeure:

• In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
